Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an **Entry-Level** **Access Analyst** to join our team in **Hertford, NC** . **Position Responsibilities:** + With supervision, monitors existing contracts of a noncritical nature to determine compliance + Follows pre-established processes to monitor schedule dates + When directed, communicates with internal and external customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities + Under direct supervision, collects and logs accurate information, runs standard reports, and maintains records per record retention guidelines + May perform some elementary analysis using developed tools + Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services related to buildings, equipment, and systems + With supervision, supports the processing of requests to meet customer needs through predetermined criteria + With supervision, follows pre-established guidelines to ensure that configuration control is maintained + Provide administrative support directly to our customer performing various duties to include: + Supporting customer security administration team with document control and organization + Support scheduling and coordination of various events and activities + Perform research and verification of requests and provide documentation and information requested by the customer + Work with customer systems to support their daily operations and requirements + Support with briefings and access control measures as requested **Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years' experience with computers and ability to learn and work with new programs + Strong communication and customer service skills + Ability to learn and adapt as requirements change or shift + Strong organizational skills + Ability to protect and practice the utmost discretion when working with personal and sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience in an administrative or support role + Experience working in regulated environments or following SOPs, checklists or compliance standards **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
