Job Description:Shift: 6:00 pm 6:00 am, rotating shifts. Work 2 days; off 2 days; work 3 days; off 2 days Reports To: Electrical SupervisorJob Purpose: To perform complex predictive and preventative electrical maintenance functions and make necessary repairs to plant electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot electrical problems, make decisions necessary to repair, and restore equipment to design specifications. Perform electrical tests using megger, OHM meter, and other test equipment. Perform work utilizing prints and/or computer logic. Perform complex predictive and preventative electrical maintenance functions. Make process control changes. Read wiring and circuit diagrams. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform other duties as necessary. Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: 1 year of PLC experience required. Minimum of 2 years work experience in either electrical troubleshooting, motors and controls, or industrial electrical. Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules and regulations. Ability to use a 2-way radio and effectively communicate with all departments. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to use ladders, hand and packaging tools.PayScale $29.58 - $37.48 Huff Consulting
