Job Overview
We are seeking Experienced drywallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and finishing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to read blueprints and specifications accurately.
Responsibilities
Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings according to specifications.
Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets using hand tools and power tools.
Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams to create a smooth surface ready for painting or other finishes.
Perform repairs on existing drywall installations as needed.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Read blueprints and project plans to determine necessary materials and tasks.
Experience
Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing is required.
Skills in construction painting, caulking, and general maintenance person tasks are highly desirable.
Familiarity with carpentry techniques is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints effectively is essential for this role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship is necessary.
