Salary: $110K-$120K

We’re looking for a talented professional to join our team in Brooklyn, where you will play a critical role in delivering premium drywall solutions for prestigious retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for drywall projects in high-end retail environments.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure estimates align with project scope and budgets.
• Prepare and submit bids, ensuring they meet client deadlines and requirements.
• Identify potential project risks and offer value engineering solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry materials, labor rates, and cost trends.
• Assist in project handoff and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a drywall estimator, preferably in high-end retail construction
• Strong understanding of drywall installation techniques, materials, and building codes
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimates
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
