We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This long-term contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage and maintain critical documentation processes with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control systems and financial services, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the organization and management of document control systems to ensure seamless accessibility and retrieval.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain and update financial records using accounting software systems.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu for document editing, sharing, and review.
• Support accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment handling.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Assist with the preparation and management of budgets, providing detailed documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in systems such as ADP and About Time to streamline workflows.
• Monitor and address discrepancies in documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Provide support during financial reviews and reporting cycles.
• Train team members on document control protocols and best practices.• Proven experience in document control or related roles.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and financial tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu for document management.
• Familiarity with financial services systems such as ADP and About Time.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and budget preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
