Position:

Document Control Specialist

Description:

Scan and file paper documents (e.g., DHRs), requiring access to a laptop, scanner, and server.
Perform DHR and label verification review with training to procedures 3000.1618, 2000.1608, and 900-08-001.
Handle lot closure on NetSuite with required access and training to NetSuite practices defined in 2000.1642.
Serve as the main point of contact for Iron Mountain needs, including sending and recalling boxes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Access to a laptop, scanner, and relevant server.
Training to specified procedures (3000.1618, 2000.1608, 900-08-001, 2000.1642).
Ability to manage document control processes and interface with external storage vendors.

Benefits:
