JOB SUMMARY Maintain product flow to and from outside service vendors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Review PEIs.
- Verify that casting meets PEI.
- Mark castings per instructions using an air powered Vibropeen.
- Communicate with outside vendors.
- Enter information in computer to create Purchase Order (P.O.)
- Pack castings for shipment.
- Check incoming castings from internal and external suppliers.
- Receive PO back into the system.
- Move product to next operation.
QUALIFICATIONS - Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience : 6 months experience using Oracle
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
- Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Read. Write legibly. Basic computer skills. Knowledgeable in the use of Oracle. Good verbal communication skills. Good written communication skills. Detail oriented. Sense of urgency.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT - Can be cold: next to shipping and the outside bay door
- Physical Demands : Sitting/Standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 20lbs, extended periods of time using a computer screen, extended periods of time talking, listening. Bending. Reach.
- Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in
- Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant.
- Steel toe shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant.
