FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Position Summary:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead Fox's global recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire the talent needed to achieve our business goals today and into the future. This role blends strategic vision with operational excellence, building scalable processes, strengthening employer branding, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. The Director will be both a strategic architect and a hands-on recruitment expert, capable of leading by example, engaging in senior-level hiring, and developing a high-performing, globally aligned TA team.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Global Talent Strategy - Develop and execute a global talent acquisition plan that aligns with Fox's business objectives and evolving workforce needs. Shift the function from reactive to proactive hiring, building strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships - Work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent strategy, workforce plans, identify talent gaps, and deliver hiring strategies that meet business needs.
  • Operational Excellence - Optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to improve outcomes.
  • Executive & Critical Hiring - Personally lead and manage recruitment for senior leadership and high-impact positions.
  • Team Leadership - Build, coach, and inspire a global TA team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Employer Brand & Candidate Experience - Partner with Marketing and HR to elevate Fox's employer brand globally, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate journey from application through onboarding.
  • Data-Driven Decisions - Use recruitment metrics and market insights to guide strategies, report progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale recruitment initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of partnering effectively with business leaders.
  • Experience in employer branding and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent acquisition efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Experience in developing talent pipelines and succession planning strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Understands business and financial drivers and how TA supports strategic objectives.
  • Ability to lead through strategic change and challenges.
Position Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition. Global experience preferred.
  • Broader HR experience preferred.
  • Prior experience building strong relationships and being personally engaged in executive and senior leader level recruitment.
  • Experience with large-scale Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; Workday preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Primarily office-based, with some travel for team collaboration and field testing.
