Digital Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
Are you passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and optimizing online campaigns? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in enhancing engagement, tracking performance, and managing digital content.
This part-time, remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, refining digital campaigns, and contributing to marketing operations that strengthen community impact. While most of the work is remote, occasional in-person attendance may be required for special events, chamber gatherings, or photo shoots.
What You'll Do
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze website, social media, and email marketing performance using Google Analytics, HotJar, and Meta Business Suite.
Generate detailed reports with actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Track digital ad campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Digital Marketing & Content Support
Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Support website content updates using modern WYSIWYG content management systems.
Optimize website content for SEO and user experience, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Organize marketing assets, reports, and content calendars to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Assist in digital advertising, including Google Ads and social media promotions.
Design & Branding Assistance
Support the marketing team with basic graphic design tasks using Canva.
Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus!
What We're Looking For
Experience with Google Analytics, HotJar, and Meta Business Suite.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email marketing and content management.
Familiarity with modern WYSIWYG content entry systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data insights.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Experience with Daxko (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) preferred.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization strategies is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is a part-time, remote position, but occasional in-person attendance may be required for events or photo shoots.

The role requires extended periods of computer use and communication via digital devices.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds may be required.
