Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing to join our fast-growing GTM team. As a key player in our user acquisition and retention strategies, you'll lead and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, driving growth for our mobile app. This role is ideal for someone data-driven and passionate about digital marketing, mobile app growth, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.). Drive user acquisition, retention, and growth while maintaining ROI and LTV metrics. Create compelling ad creatives and messaging. Analyze and report on campaign performance, applying insights for continuous improvement. Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine tracking systems. Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new advertising platforms.

Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns, ideally for mobile apps or SaaS products. Proficiency in campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker). Experience with mobile app attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, Adjust, Branch) is a plus.
