Job Overview:
As a Device Courier, you will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering electronic devices (e.g., laptops, iPads, tablets, Kindles) between customer sites and the centralized repair facility. Your role plays a critical part in ensuring fast turnaround times for repairs covered under the Device Insurance Program.
You'll work closely with the technicians, and stakeholders' IT staff, and personnel to make sure devices are transported securely, tracked properly, delivered on schedule, and perform other duties as assigned.
