The Opportunity

This is a strategic, handson finance leadership roleideal for a Controller or VP Finance ready for their first CFO appointment. Youll partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive growth, build scalable systems, and lead a talented finance group.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape financial strategy and longterm growth
• Lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive process improvement and systems integration
• Mentor and grow a highperforming team
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to maximize profitability

Qualifications

• CPA required; Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 10+ years progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership
• Sector experience: hospitality, engineering, construction, or architecture
• Executive presence and clear communication
