Denture Dental Lab Technician – Join Our Skilled Prosthetics Team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled  Dental Lab Technician to join our prosthetics team. In this vital role, you will fabricate custom dental prosthetics— DENTURES experience is required. C rowns, Bridges, and CAD Design preferred —that improve the comfort and confidence of our patients. You will collaborate closely with dentists to create accurate, high-quality restorations using  CAD design software and traditional handcrafting techniques.

Our ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about contributing to excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate dental prosthetics including  crowns, dentures, bridges, and other restorations
• Create accurate models and molds based on dental impressions and specifications
• Use  CAD/CAM software to design restorations for optimal fit and function
• Utilize ceramic layering, plastering, and finishing techniques to complete prostheses
• Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction
• Perform thorough  quality control checks to ensure precision and durability
• Maintain documentation of materials, designs, and processes used in each case

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required;  Dental Lab Technician certification preferred
• Denture experience is a MUST
• 5+ years of Denture experience
• Experience in dental technology or related fields (ceramic or jewelry work is a plus)
• Proficiency with  CAD design software (such as 3Shape, Exocad, or similar)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions and technical instructions
• Excellent communication and  team collaboration skills
