Position Summary Dental laboratory technicians work onsite at dentist offices, creating sophisticated implant‑based dental prosthetics with advanced technical and critical‑thinking skills. The Tech 3 will work under the Laboratory Manager or may lead a team. Candidates must consult with doctors and team members using a high degree of judgment on a patient‑by‑patient basis. Direct collaboration with Prosthodontists and the satisfaction of seeing patients benefit. Duties and Responsibilities Receive and enter work orders and accompanying materials. Manufacture and fit All‑On‑Four prosthetics, including accurate articulation of implant models and denture processing. Ensure timely manufacture of prosthetics on a patient‑driven schedule. Perform denture and All‑On‑Four type restoration repairs. Maintain laboratory facilities, equipment, and instruments. Monitor supplies and place orders via purchase‑order systems. Teach and mentor other technicians and staff. Operate computers and office applications, including dental lab software. Maintain professionalism and communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Required Experience/Qualifications Minimum of seven years of hands‑on technical experience. Digital design experience highly preferred. CDT certification or completion of an accredited lab program preferred. Knowledge of full‑arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, overdentures, implant‑based techniques, and dental science, anatomy, and esthetics. Working Conditions Technicians work in two‑to‑three person laboratories within each office, performing duties in the lab and at the dental office. Technicians must be onsite Monday through Friday; days and hours may vary. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $35‑$39 per hour (DOE). Relocation packages available. Additional compensation may include quarterly or annual bonuses (merit based). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
