Hours of Operation

Full-Time Positions
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating schedule)
Closed Sundays

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Loan Star Title Loans, you will be the first point of contact for both potential borrowers and current customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering customer inquiries about loan products and services.
  • Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility and explaining terms to customers.
  • Managing customer accounts, tracking loan status, and processing payments.
  • Maintaining daily communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing updates, making courtesy calls, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Providing excellent customer service by delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support.
  • Various Office Tasks:
    • Data entry and updating customer accounts in our system.
    • Filing and maintaining accurate documentation for loans and payments.
    • Processing loan applications and assisting in the approval process.
    • Sorting and distributing office mail, packages, and customer correspondences.
    • Managing and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.
