We are looking for a smart, strategic, capital C Creative Creative Director with an expertise in crafting award-winning ad copy; someone who is constantly seeking new experiences, knowledge and growth- because thats what we are all about at BPI. Capable of leading and developing top-notch ad campaigns across brand and social impact marketing. Youll have one eye on the creative and the other on the strategy, and bring them together to create meaningful campaigns that make an impact for our clients. Collaborate with account strategists, and other creatives to develop creative platforms and channel recommendations that deliver on campaign strategic objectives. Leadership. Lead a growing creative team of copywriters, art directors and ACDs; you have a background in ad copy & a desire to help young copywriters grow. A capable mentor, you know when to let go of the proverbial pencil and how to help others to grow and have the ability to provide clear, insightful feedback that makes the work better, smarter and more strategic. You Bring

• 10+ years creative experience in an agency environment, including at least 5 as a Creative Director leading a range of advertising campaigns (brand reputation & social impact experience preferred)
• Ability to distill complicated ideas into easily understood ad copy & creative concepts
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of pitching and selling creative to clients at the highest level (Fortune 1 C-Suite)
• Ability to bring key internal stakeholders along on the creative process and help them buy in to ideas, campaigns and approaches
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning work
• A desire to lead, mentor and manage a growing team of creatives, with a particular focus on nurturing a growing team of copywriters
• Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and video advertising

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $150,000- $180,000 base salary with an annual discretionary bonus + generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
