We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our expanding client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, numbers, and working with small businesses.

$44,000 - $48,000 yearly

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and PayPal accounts monthly
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll for small business clients
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
• Work closely with the CPA on tax return preparation and year-end close
• Maintain organized digital files for client records and supporting documents
• Communicate with clients regarding missing information or clarification on transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (public accounting firm experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, chart of accounts, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Experience with payroll processing and sales tax filings is a plus
