Talon Analytics is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Travel Coordinator to manage corporate travel and logistics. This full-time role involves booking travel arrangements, processing employee expense reports, and reconciling company travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain employee travel profiles.
• Establish and manage vendor accounts with airlines, hotels, and rental car providers.
• Link new employees to corporate accounts.
• Book, modify, or cancel travel arrangements for Talon employees in accordance with company guidelines.
• Prepare and process employee expense reports following travel completion.
• Reconcile and code corporate credit card transactions related to travel and office expenses.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in business administration or travel coordination is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various travel platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
