Construction Laborers (Skilled and Unskilled) - Construction - Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $17 - $20 per hour

Job Summary: Goodwill Staffing has a client seeking both skilled and unskilled construction workers to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs. If you have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for construction, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform demolition, installation, painting, and remodeling tasks
  • Engage in physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials (over 75 lbs)
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
  • Prioritize safety on the job site and adhere to company policies
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

  • Skilled or unskilled construction background
  • Experience in a skilled trade is a plus
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle strenuous tasks
  • Prior construction experience is preferred
