BIR Concrete LLC is a progressively growing, financially stable, diversified company, who is currently seeking qualified Gomaco Concrete Paving Machine Operator/ Foreman, pay up to $45/hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Concrete Paving Equipment Operator Will Have the Opportunity To:
Operate a Gomaco Extreme Commander 3 track machine for slipform paving, curb & gutter, sidewalk and barrier walls
Set up equipment for width and profile variances.
Assist in the proper maintenance of equipment.
Assist with change and trimming grade.
Operate the paver and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
Operate the paver controls to lower the screed auger, control the hopper, and navigate the direction of the paver.
Train new employees in the safe and efficient operation of the paver
Perform Other Duties as assigned
Pay based off abilities and experience
Topcon GPS experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Paving Experience
- Ability to work outside in heat, cold and inclement weather.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Able to operate other equipment
- Ability to use good judgment and Decision Making skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid applicable state license
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Class A CDL a plus (Not Required)
Benefits:
Pay: $35..00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
