Leasing & Marketing

  • Maintain curb appeal, models, and leasing office standards
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive properties
  • Support leasing strategies, advertising, and outreach efforts

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of on-site property management experience (or comparable leadership experience)
  • Strong background in supervising teams and managing operations
  • Financial acumen with budgets, reports, and collections
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable regulations
  • Comfortable balancing office work with walking and inspecting the property
  • Proficient with property management software and basic office tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Why Work With Us

  • Direct impact on property performance and outcomes
  • Autonomy and accountability in a hands-on leadership role
  • Supportive regional leadership and team-focused culture
  • Opportunity to grow with a stable, professional management company

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is $75,000–$85,000 (exempt) with performance-based bonus opportunity tied to occupancy, collections, and overall property performance. Our suite of benefits includes:
