Job DescriptionJob Description As a Commercial Painting Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, providing accurate estimates for various commercial painting projects. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all estimates are competitive and aligned with our standards. Key Responsibilities: Experience in commercial painting estimation Track record of $3M+ in annual sales Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare cost estimates for commercial painting projects. Calculate labor, material and equipment costs (where applicable), factoring in time, risk, and other project complexities. Provide breakdowns of job costing based on accurate assumptions for labor and materials (where applicable). Conduct site visits when supplemental information is needed for accurate pricing.

• Collaborate with clients, and internal teams to define project scope and deliver competitive bids.
• Prepare and submit proposals to clients, negotiating terms when necessary, acting as a fiduciary for Proficiency Plus.
