We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team in Fenton, MO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Haas machines, machine setup, and adjusting offsets. Experience with 5-Axis machining is a plus.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday

2:15 PM - 12:45 AM

Pay Rate:

$27.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, layout, and operate CNC lathes and/or mills.

Read blueprints and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, tooling, feeds, and speeds.

Select, position, and secure tools and workpieces.

Adjust machine controls for proper feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.

Monitor machining operations and verify part accuracy using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).

Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).

Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

Communicate issues or discrepancies with supervisors or engineers.

Rotate job assignments as needed within work cells.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Core Competencies:

Assembly work using hand and power tools.

Adjusting, trimming, and fitting parts to close tolerances.

Following standard work instructions and visual aids.

Testing assembled products when required.

Packaging finished products, labeling, and sealing cartons.

Meeting efficiency and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GE
• 1+ year of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC setup and offset adjustments.
• Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lb
• Ability to stand for 90% of the shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
