About the Role:
As a Client Services Advocate (Case Manager) at SARC, you will play a vital role in aiding individuals and families requiring assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
On-call responsibilities: Required every other week and on an as-needed basis alternating with the other Client Services Advocate for Hospital Companion Coverage. On-call duties do not typically include weekends, unless otherwise required.
$24.36 an hour, depending on experience.
On-Call compensation is paid at time and a half for any hours worked after 8pm.
Eligible to receive a shift differential of $4.00 per hour for any hours worked between 8pm-8am.

Travel Requirements:
This position involves frequent travel to various locations, including hospitals, community settings, and other sites, to provide client support and facilitate community education and training. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the service area are required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travel.
