About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for its Product Management organization, with a focus on Claims. The successful candidate will be a strategic and organized partner to the VP of Product Management, playing a key role in the execution of strategic priorities, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, operational efficiency, cross-functional leadership, executive communication, project oversight, team leadership, decision support, stakeholder management, and resource management. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in preparing executive-level presentations, and reports, and managing critical projects to ensure they are completed on time and with the desired outcomes. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations, particularly in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proven track record in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. A highly analytical and problem-solving approach, as well as leadership and team development experience, are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in claims, insurance, or a highly regulated industry, familiarity with product management principles, agile methodologies, and an understanding of digital product innovation.
