About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its mission of advancing cell therapies for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the CEO, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence, innovation, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a change agent with a background in synthetic biology, immunology, or cell engineering, and a commitment to the company's core values. Responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring the alignment of strategic initiatives with company goals, conducting research and analysis to support decision-making, and creating a structure for the executive team that fosters efficient communication and robust decision-making. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and overseeing the successful execution of leadership and board meetings. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a graduate or undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with an MBA focusing on strategy preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive business experience, particularly in the biotech or pharmaceutical R&D environment, is required.
