Must be 16 or older to apply Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required, we will train! Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements: Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards (our goal is to deliver food to our customers within 90 seconds!) Opportunities for salad prep, line cook, fry cook, and dishwasher Must be 16 or older to apply Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, dishwasher, or kitchen crew jobs is not required, we will train! Starting Compensation: 16-17 yrs old: starting at $12.40/hour Part Time Adults (Less than 30 hr/week): starting at $13/hour Full Time (30hr/week +): starting at $14/hour Full Time (30hr/week +) with closing or opening availability: $15/hour We have well-defined opportunities to increase pay as you are trained.
