Position: Personal Trainer
Location: Client’s Apartment, Upper East Side, New York City
Schedule: 3 Days per Week (Specific days to be agreed upon)
Group Size : 1 or 2
Rate: $95/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Personal Trainer with a minimum of 5 years of elite-level coaching experience . The trainer will work with a motivated client in their private residence on the Upper East Side to achieve personalized fitness goals. This role requires expertise in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and tailored fitness programming, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement customized fitness programs based on the client’s goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle building, functional strength).
• Provide one-on-one/ two-to-one coaching at the client’s apartment, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Track and monitor progress, adjusting training programs as needed.
• Educate the client on proper form, injury prevention, and post-workout recovery.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, respecting the client’s privacy and preferences.
• Offer nutritional guidance (if certified) to complement the fitness program.
• Provide feedback and motivation to ensure the client stays committed to their fitness journey.
Requirements:
• Experience : At least 5 years of experience coaching at an elite level (e.g., working with high-performance individuals, executives, or athletes).
• Certification : Valid personal training certifications from reputable organizations such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA.
• CPR/AED Certification : Current certification is mandatory.
• Specializations : Expertise in strength training. HIIT, functional movement, or other advanced techniques is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills to engage and inspire the client.
• Flexibility : Ability to accommodate the client’s schedule and adapt training styles as needed.
Logistics:
• Location : Client’s private residence on the Upper East Side, NYC.
• Schedule : 3 days per week, with flexibility in hours to suit the client’s needs.
• Compensation : $95/hour.
