Job Details

We are looking for a Leader of people that thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment. A positive and optimistic attitude is part of our culture and DNA. This manager will be managing a staff of up to 5 Cell Culture Biologists in an ISO 13485 manufacturing environment. This team is responsible for growing cells such as HEK-293, CHO and murine hybridomas.
Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working in a cell culture manufacturing setting.
• PhD or Equivalent Job Experience

Duties/Technical Skills Required:
1. Prepare Master and Working Cell Banks
2. Cell expansion to seed In vitro bioreactors for protein production
3. Performing transient protein expression for production of recombinant antibodies or proteins.
4. Preparation of reagents and cell culture media at various volumes.
5. Write and edit SOPs and Batch Records for manufacturing processes.
6. Run ELISA assays and analyze data.
