CDL A LTL Team Drivers Hazmat/Tank at XPO summary:

As a CDL A LTL Team Driver with XPO, you will operate in existing teams to transport freight between company facilities, maintaining a 91 cent per mile compensation. The role requires Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements and focuses on no-touch freight with a standard 5 days on and 2 days off schedule. XPO LTL Team Drivers  -  Existing Teams Only  - 100% No Touch  -  91 CPM, split + Traffic Pay
Established teams for LTL between XPO facilities. Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required

• 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
• $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
• 91 cents per mile , split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
• Traffic pay - $33.07 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
• Full health insurance benefits available on day one
• LTL freight, in house and no touch. All loads are between XPO facilities.

Being an XPO Team Driver requires the ability work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver. A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
