Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Document and track customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been addressed appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
