As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions, including answering questions, processing orders, and addressing service issues. Responsibilities:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers and experience with CRM software.
