Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this fast-paced environment, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service goals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that align with those needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Salary

$850 - $1100 per week
