If you enjoy helping local businesses grow and expand, we are seeking a Business Development Representative for our office in St. Louis. This role is perfect for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct strategic outbound cold calls across the nation, utilizing two three-hour call blocks
- Dedicate 4-5 hours daily to secure introductory appointments for the Director of Business Development
- Utilize the Orum High-Speed Dialer for efficient outreach to small-medium businesses nationwide
- Set and exceed goal of 20 introductory appointments booked each week
- Proactively target and prospect new owner-operated businesses for Salesforce upload
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, ensuring data validation for precision
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
