Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to focus on H&C Adobe, TCPA compliance work, business rule configuration, and the release process for outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, experience in process refinement/documentation, presentation skills, and SQL proficiency. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams and leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Configure business rules and manage the release process for outreach initiatives.
• Ensure TCPA compliance within project scope and deliverables.
• Gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve documentation.
• Create and deliver presentations for various stakeholders.

• Undergraduate degree in MIS, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and working with relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience with problem investigation and resolution.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and project management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
