Business Analyst Broadridge Systems (Repo, Collateral, Fixed Income)

💼 Contract Role | Broker Dealer Technology & Operations

We are hiring three Business Analysts to support major front-to-back initiatives across Sponsored Repo , Collateral Management , and Fixed Income Allocation for a rapidly growing primary dealer. These roles will drive automation, system integration, and process modernization across the firms Broadridge ecosystem.

🔍 What Youll Work On

Sponsored Repo

• Lead business analysis for UAT and production rollout of Sponsored Repo.
• Define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and repo workflow validation.
• Partner with trading, operations, risk, and technology across US and Canadian market workflows.
• Map end-to-end repo lifecycle and identify automation opportunities.

Collateral Management

• Document and enhance collateral workflows across repo, SBL, derivatives, and fixed income.
• Automate manual processes such as margin calls and collateral valuation.
• Support TLM and Broadridge integrations to reduce operational risk.
• Troubleshoot trade capture, valuation, and reconciliation issues.

Fixed Income Allocation

• Migrate allocation processes from Bloomberg into Broadridge IMPACT/BPSA.
• Support development of new Murex interface feeds.
• Streamline booking, enrichment, and fixed-income lifecycle workflows.
• Drive vendor decommission efforts and workflow consolidation.

🧰 What You Bring

• Broadridge experience is required (BPS, FinPro, Impact, BPSA, DLT, repo, or collateral modules).
• 5+ years as a BA in capital markets repo, collateral, fixed income, or trade lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer operations , ideally from firms like J.P. Morgan, BNP, BMO, etc.
• Experience writing BRDs/FRDs, workflow diagrams, and future-state designs.
• Hands-on UAT leadership, defect management, and data validation (SQL a plus).
• Ability to collaborate across trading, operations, technology, compliance, and risk.
