Join Marvin Replacement and become the face of a premium home improvement brand at retail locations, trade shows, and events. You’ll engage with customers, spark conversations, and generate leads for our in-home consultation services.

  • Represent Marvin at retail stores and events
  • Engage shoppers and spark interest in our premium window and door solutions
  • Generate qualified leads for our in-home consultation team by converting customer interactions into appointments
  • Set up and maintain attractive, professional displays

Available Shifts

We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule. Choose from daytime, evening, and weekend shifts :

  • Days: Sunday (9am-2pm), Monday-Tuesday (9am-3pm), Wednesday-Friday (9am-3pm), Saturday (9:30am-3pm)
  • Evenings: Sunday (2pm-6pm), Monday-Tuesday (3pm-8:30pm), Wednesday-Friday (3pm-8:30pm), Saturday (3pm-7pm)

Compensation: Earn $20 – $30+/hr — guaranteed hourly pay of $20/hr plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Love starting conversations — you're naturally outgoing and enjoy connecting with new people.
  • Can handle rejection with confidence — you know that every “no” gets you closer to a “yes.”
  • Enjoy helping customers — you’re energized by engaging with people and making a great first impression.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have a smartphone 
  • Have reliable transportation — you'll be traveling to retail locations and events in your area.
  • Can lift up to 40 lbs — setting up displays is part of the job.
  • Are comfortable on your feet — you’ll be standing and moving around during your shift.
