Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, building rapport while providing exceptional service.

• Assist customers in selecting, customizing and purchasing jewelry, ensuring personalized, world-class experience.

• Assist customers with jewelry repair requests and follow-up.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and current trends in fine jewelry.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise; assist with inventory management.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

• Keep current on industry developments and competitors to provide insights and suggestions.

Qualifications -

• Previous retail or jewelry sales experience required.

• Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and related materials is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales acumen, service-oriented philosophy, and willingness to share best practices with colleagues.

• A passion for assisting clients and building relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Must be able to work weekends.

• Pay commensurate with experience.
