Bilingual Travel Specialist (French – English)

Job Description:

Bilingual Travel Specialist (French – English)
$26/hour | Remote (Ontario Residents Only)

Are you a travel professional with GDS expertise and TICO certification who’s ready for your next career move? Do you enjoy solving challenges, creating memorable travel experiences, and working in both French and English? If so, this is your chance to bring your skills to a global concierge leader trusted by high-profile clients around the world.

This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for proven travel experts who can handle complex itineraries, manage last-minute changes with confidence, and deliver the level of service that truly sets us apart.

Why join Aspire?

  • $26/hour starting pay
  • Permanent, full-time remote role (40 hours/week)
  • Comprehensive benefits after 30 days: health, dental, vision, RRSP match, paid time off
  • Career growth with a company that promotes from within
  • Paid training designed to strengthen your expertise and set you up for success

What you’ll do:

  • Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems
  • Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, and unexpected travel disruptions
  • Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide members on how to get the most from their exclusive travel benefits

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — a brief language test will be required
  • TICO certified required
  • GDS experience required (i.e. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar)
  • At least 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience
  • Strong customer service or call center background (minimum 1 year)
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Strong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travel
  • Professional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A private, dedicated home office with wired high-speed internet (WIFI, Satellite not acceptable)

Ready to elevate your travel career?

This is your opportunity to combine your bilingual skills, industry certification, and travel expertise into a rewarding role that truly values your professionalism.

Apply today — and bring your expertise to a team where excellence is the standard.

Aspire Lifestyles is committed to ensuring accessibility for all persons with a disability and to providing excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
