This position offers the opportunity to support students behavioral development within a dynamic K-12 educational environment. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and promoting positive behavioral outcomes for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student behavior and develop individualized intervention strategies aligned with educational goals
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs
• Provide coaching and training to school personnel on behavioral techniques and best practices
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Behavior Specialist or in a related behavioral support role, preferably in a school setting
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and intervention methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Patience, resilience, and a commitment to student growth and wellbeing
• Relevant credentials or certifications in behavior management or special education (preferred)
