We offer flexible work schedules, entry level trainings, as well as BCBA supervision hours.
Position Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide Behavior Intervention/ABA services to children and adolescents in the school and home
- Work closely with supervisors to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and/or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Complete appropriate documentation and data collection
- Work cooperatively with other paraprofessional and licensed staff to facilitate positive interventions
Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma (Associate's Degree Preferred).
- Personal: Be intelligent, flexible, energetic, and dedicated.
- Experience: Familiarity with ABA preferred but not necessary and/or experience working with children.
- Knowledge/Abilities/Skills: Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with a variety of individuals including teachers, clients, and parents, in a respectful and effective manner. Work independently and as part of a team and follow instructions of supervisor. Think critically and manage time efficiently. Basic computer skills (Word/Outlook). Maintain a professional image and courteous demeanor at all times.
WORK LOCATION: LAUSD schools and our ECF HQ building in Culver City.
