—---------—As a bartender at bartaco, you must efficiently craft every freshly squeezed drink to perfection, and always serve our guests responsibly. After you complete training, you will be expected to have extensive knowledge of our food, beverage and bar program and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations to enhance our guest’s experience.
You will be a resource for support team members, Dragonflies, and servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our beverage program.

Requirements
Your energy and experience
Although your previous work experience in the restaurant or retail industry as a barista, server, busser, sales associate, cashier, drive-thru, kitchen team member, or sales representative is still useful and appreciated, what matters most is who you are.
You are trustworthy and trust those around you. You pay attention to details and you know that quality is what keeps customers and guests coming back. You are genuine. You know that a genuine smile can make all the difference in a person’s day.
No experience? Entry level? No worries, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
