Cafe Ems is a Greek-fusion cafe located in the heart of Kennett Square, PA. Role Description This is a flexible position, on-site role for a barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking customer orders, engaging with and making customers feel welcomed, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, properly operating coffee machine and equipment, promoting a safe and healthy work environment by following proper procedure, and delivering excellent customer service. The Barista will work closely with other staff to ensure efficient and timely service. The position is located in Kennett Square, PA. Pay varies with experience*** Earning potential up to $15-$17+.
