Position Summary The Barback assists bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and efficient bar. This role ensures smooth operations by supporting bartenders, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness to help provide excellent service to guests. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 21, 2025. Responsibilities Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies. Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and keeping stations organized. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, shelves, equipment, and sinks. Collect and wash glassware and bar tools throughout the shift. Remove trash and recyclables regularly to keep the bar area safe and clean. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Provide support during high-volume service to ensure efficiency. Qualifications Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
