About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and creative Barback  to join a prestigious and private members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW clientele. The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the food and beverage team, with a focus on delivering exceptional offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.

Position Overview
The Barback supports the bartender team in maintaining a flawless bar operation. This role requires efficiency, discretion, and a proactive mindset in a high-standard environment.

Principal (Essential) Duties

1. Stock and replenish bar supplies throughout service.
2. Assist with prep work including garnishes, ice, and glassware.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
4. Support bartenders during high-volume periods.
5. Handle deliveries and inventory restocking discreetly.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Prior barback or food & beverage experience in a fine establishment preferred.
2. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
3. Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
4. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
