About the role:
As an Assistant Store Manager at Babyletto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our flagship retail location! Your role will focus on business performance, delivering an elevated client experience, and developing the store team while representing Babyletto's core values. You'll act as a proactive partner to the Store Manager, ensuring consistency, accountability, and smooth day-to-day operations.
