This position focuses on building relationships over the phone and managing claims from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Determine coverage and liability Conduct recorded statements with policyholders and involved parties Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs Negotiate settlements with customers and other carriersReview damage appraisals and authorize payments Communicate claims procedures clearly and professionally Maintain accurate and detailed claim file documentation Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (ISO, CMS, etc.) Qualifications What We’re Looking For Auto Adjuster License / Property & Casualty License (Required) Minimum 2 years of experience handling auto liability claims Experience with non‑standard auto liability preferred Ability to manage claims independently or as part of a team Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Proficient with computers and claims management systems Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000 + annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full‑time, partial work from home available Benefits Include: 401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 4% Medical, dental & vision insurance (including free preventive care) Company‑paid life insurance, short‑term & long‑term disability Wellness & mental health programs Flexible Spending Accounts (health & dependent care) Generous paid time off Paid Holidays (7.5 days) Referral program Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance and Sales Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr GoAuto Insurance
