Position Overview We are a reputable CPA firm seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing our clients' financial processes. This role requires a strong understanding of auditing principles, taxation, and risk assessment to provide high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive audits of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Evaluate internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and management.
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Utilize audit software for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in assessing financial risks and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is preferred or ability to get it down the road.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of auditing experience in a public accounting environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in audit software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
