This role is vital in managing day-to-day administrative functions, customer interactions, and event coordination. You will work closely with track managers and staff to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both internal teams and customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motorsports, and excels in organization, communication, and multitasking. Supports all Kart Track Managers and staff as needed.All employees are expected to contribute to the overall mission and efficiency of the business. Duties may be modified or expanded at any time to meet the needs of the organization, and cross-training may be provided to ensure employees can perform a variety of tasks. Employees are also responsible for complying with federal, state, and local laws applicable to their job duties.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage customer inquiries Process bookings and reservations for individuals, groups, and corporate clients Maintain and update customer records and company databases Track and manage inventory of merchandise, office supplies, and racing equipment Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processingCustomer Service Greet and assist customers with check-in and karting information Provide facility guidance and ensure guest satisfaction Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionallyEvent Coordination Support the planning and execution of private group events, birthday parties, and corporate functions Coordinate logistics and communicate with event participants Assist in organizing marketing and promotional activitiesGeneral Operations Help prepare and distribute marketing materials and social media content Assist during peak hours, weekends, and special events Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support overall operationsRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic administrative tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and strong customer service focus Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Math skills and currency handling experience Availability on weekends, select evenings, and open holidays Comfortable working in a loud, active environment Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or event coordination preferred Passion for motorsports or karting is a big plus!Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working around loud engines and fast-paced activity Must be able to work weekends and some holidaysDisclaimersCompensation is based on experience and qualifications.
