Job Description

Position Overview The Collection is currently seeking for a highly professional, responsible, and experienced person to assume the position of Service Advisor. In order to effectively fill the position, the individual must be able to conduct themselves and speak in a professional manner. For accurate problem-determination, experience in the automotive industry is necessary. Because, Service Advisors will be directly dealing with the customer, a genuinely friendly and customer service-oriented attitude is necessary. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Key Responsibilities Provide your customers with the very best service, including resolving customer complaints Process all service functions in CDK, Excel, Word & Outlook Understand how to properly write up a repair order and its requirements Understand the appointment process, car terminology, and how repairs are performed Work with body shops and extended warranty companies to provide estimates Provide customers with proper estimates, quotes, labor prices, parts prices, explain shop supplies, explain repairs to vehicles. Collaborate with technicians and provide proper estimates Qualifications Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 3+ years relevant experience in a luxury automotive dealership is desired Professional with great sales and customer service skills Capable of making the best decision that will benefit the customer and the company The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods, use hands to operate a keyboard and telephone Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs. when needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
